Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D motion graphics and animations for web, mobile, and video campaigns.
- Develop storyboards and animatics to visualize project narratives before production begins.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and producers to ensure design alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Optimize motion assets and timelines for various platforms and screen sizes to ensure high performance.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging animation technologies to continuously innovate our design approach.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the creative process.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Cinema 4D.
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced compositing, timing, and character animation techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with UI/UX animation and prototyping is a plus.
