Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-fidelity 2D animations for web, mobile, and broadcast platforms.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to translate complex narratives into visual motion.
- Create dynamic motion graphics and visual effects (VFX) using industry-standard software like After Effects and Cinema 4D.
- Optimize animations for performance and seamless integration across various devices and browsers.
- Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback during the creative review process.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in motion design and incorporate new techniques into your workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop/Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of timing, spacing, and the principles of animation.
- A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles and technical proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
