Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-quality 2D character animations and environmental motion sequences.
- Create compelling motion graphics and visual effects that enhance narrative flow and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with art directors, sound designers, and developers to ensure seamless integration of assets.
- Optimize animation files for various platforms, ensuring high performance without sacrificing visual fidelity.
- Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior animators to foster a collaborative studio culture.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the 12 principles of animation and apply them rigorously.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional experience in 2D animation or motion graphics design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of styles, including character animation and background design.
- Excellent understanding of timing, spacing, and weight in animation.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure studio environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts.
