Job Description
We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D UI/UX Designer to join our elite creative team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for crafting pixel-perfect, engaging user experiences that define the future of our 2D interactive platform. You will bridge the gap between artistic vision and technical feasibility, ensuring our designs are not only visually stunning but also intuitive and accessible.
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex requirements into elegant design solutions. You will own the visual language of our products, creating high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and comprehensive design systems that scale effortlessly.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity 2D user interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Create detailed visual assets, iconography, and motion graphics to enhance user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to define and execute the product vision.
- Maintain and evolve our design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and brand integrity.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and drive iterative improvements.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating motion design and interaction.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Experience with animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Principle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex design decisions to non-designers.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
