Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animation, and video content for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and copywriters to translate complex concepts into visually compelling narratives.
- Manage the entire production pipeline, from storyboarding and asset creation to final rendering and delivery.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all projects while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, motion graphics techniques, and emerging technologies.
- Review and edit animations for color correction, timing, and pacing to ensure maximum impact.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Cinema 4D.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (easing, timing, squash and stretch).
- A robust portfolio showcasing a variety of motion graphics work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience with motion capture or 3D integration is a plus.
