Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures optimized for next-gen hardware and future workloads.
- Lead the architectural strategy for our 2026 roadmap, with a specific focus on Generative AI and LLM deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists to translate complex models into production-ready, efficient systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to future-proof our infrastructure.
- Define best practices for code quality, security, and performance in a high-scale environment.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, system architecture, and AI development.
- Proven expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
