Responsibilities
- Analyze healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify patient care trends
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau for clinical teams
- Assist in developing predictive models for patient risk stratification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven quality improvement initiatives
- Document data processes and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or related field
- Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
