Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth keyword research to optimize job descriptions and improve organic search visibility for open positions.
- Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens for technical roles.
- Manage and update the company careers page with fresh, SEO-optimized content.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter to build talent pipelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote job openings across social media channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Marketing, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and how they apply to content marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work part-time (20-25 hours/week) during the summer months.
