Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive market research and source potential candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent that aligns with job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist in maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and up-to-date candidate data.
- Prepare recruitment materials, including job descriptions and interview guides, in collaboration with the team.
- Attend recruitment events and campus fairs to represent the company brand.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A genuine interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or the technology industry.
- Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer session.
- Ability to work on-site at our Seattle headquarters.
