Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend inventory management and stock organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying documentation and maintaining records.
- Collaborate with the full-time operations team to identify workflow improvements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Prepare and submit daily operational reports to the shift supervisor.
- Support customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
- Learn and utilize company-specific logistics software and databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
