Responsibilities
- Support Weekend Operations: Assist the team in ensuring seamless daily operations across all departments during peak weekend hours.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records, update inventory logs, and assist in data entry tasks using our proprietary software.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and providing top-tier service to maintain our reputation.
- Project Support: Collaborate with senior staff on special projects, research tasks, and process improvement initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily briefings and team meetings to align on goals and share insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelorâs degree program (Junior or Senior preferred) in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift) for the duration of the summer internship.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
