Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily monitoring of inventory levels and stock movements during night shifts.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and basic warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Document daily operational logs and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with data entry software.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and stand for extended periods.
