Responsibilities
- Assist the night operations team in monitoring inventory levels and ensuring the accurate and timely entry of data into our logistics management systems.
- Support customer service initiatives by addressing inquiries and processing orders via phone and email during peak evening hours.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments to ensure strict compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Perform light administrative duties, including filing and organizing physical records, to maintain an efficient workspace.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance skills in supply chain management and team collaboration.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Must be available to work a flexible night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for commuting.
- A proactive attitude toward problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.
