Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily execution of weekend logistics and supply chain operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and process incoming/outgoing shipments accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer support and information to weekend clients and visitors.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to prepare weekly performance reports.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace for the team.
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays for the duration of the summer internship.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
