Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze night-time operational data and system performance metrics in real-time.
- Assist in the coordination of overnight shipments and inventory reconciliation processes.
- Generate detailed reports on shift performance and identify areas for operational efficiency.
- Provide critical support to the customer service team during peak night hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot logistics bottlenecks.
- Conduct audits of digital records to ensure 100% data accuracy.
- Shadow senior managers to understand strategic decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
