As an intern, you will work closely with our leadership team to gain insight into the daily operations of a dynamic business environment. Whether you are interested in marketing, operations, or customer service, this role offers a comprehensive overview of how a successful company functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and filing.
- Conduct basic market research and compile data into organized reports.
- Support the marketing department in drafting social media content and newsletters.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Manage inventory and assist with vendor communications when needed.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to track project progress.
- Provide excellent customer service support via phone and email.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- No prior work experience required; passion to learn is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, web browsers).
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or afternoons.
- Reliable transportation to and from the office.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
