Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and job boards to identify potential candidates for open requisitions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview materials for hiring managers.
- Assist in the onboarding process and maintaining accurate candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks, event coordination, and employer branding activities.
- Engage with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline for future roles.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt quickly, and thrive in a team setting.
- Availability for a full-time summer commitment (40 hours/week).
