Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview materials for hiring managers.
- Assist in writing compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messaging.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future open positions.
- Update candidate data and track recruitment metrics accurately.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (sophomore, junior, or senior year preferred).
- Majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms, specifically LinkedIn, is a major plus.
- Must be able to work 15-20 hours per week, in-person.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
