Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination and execution of weekend warehouse operations.
- Perform data entry, inventory checks, and document management with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure safety and efficiency standards are met.
- Greet clients and visitors at the facility, providing exceptional customer service.
- Support logistics planning by compiling reports and analyzing basic operational metrics.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Sophomore standing or higher preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer session.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
