Responsibilities
- Monitor & Analyze: Assist in the real-time monitoring of warehouse management systems and data pipelines during night operations.
- Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy in data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting for the night shift team.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and operational procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in current night shift workflows and suggest practical improvements.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift leads and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and assist in preparing end-of-shift reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Summer/Fall start).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (Night Shift) during the internship term.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Oklahoma City facility.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
