Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and data logs during night shifts.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of shipment documentation.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing orders.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic software tools.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks or safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
