Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze real-time operational data and performance metrics during night hours.
- Assist in the processing and verification of high-volume data entry and inventory records.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless handovers between night and day shifts.
- Support the logistics department in preparing shipping documentation and tracking packages.
- Identify and report operational bottlenecks or errors to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to adhere to safety and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
