Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate night shift material movements
- Assist with real-time data entry and logistics documentation
- Support warehouse operations including receiving and staging processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Generate performance reports using Excel and company systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols during night operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major welcome)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must be available to work 3-4 nights per week
