As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our night operations run smoothly. You will work closely with our leadership team to improve processes and support daily business activities.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and processing for evening operations.
- Monitor and respond to internal communication channels and client inquiries during night hours.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on ongoing projects and reports.
- Assist in the preparation of night shift logs and daily summaries.
- Support the administrative functions of the night operations team.
- Attend weekly intern training and mentorship sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program (must be able to provide proof of enrollment).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
