Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma/Sketch
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Develop design systems and component libraries for scalable products
- Analyze user behavior data to iterate on design improvements
- Present design concepts to stakeholders with clear rationale
- Document design processes and maintain project archives
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in UX Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design projects
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
- Passion for solving user problems through design
