Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and posting high-quality job descriptions across various job boards and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify talent pools and analyze competitor hiring strategies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize job listings and internal website content for search engine ranking.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare candidate packets for hiring managers.
- Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data.
- Assist in organizing and hosting virtual networking events for prospective interns.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
