In this role, you will work closely with our senior recruiters to support our hiring initiatives for top-tier engineering and product teams. You will gain valuable insights into the full recruitment lifecycle while building a professional network that will last a lifetime.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search).
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) with precision.
- Coordinate interview schedules and prepare interview packets for hiring managers.
- Research industry trends to identify potential talent pools and market insights.
- Support onboarding activities and employee engagement events.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in HR, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for technology and a strong desire to learn about the tech industry.
