What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for entry-level positions.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of job descriptions to improve SEO rankings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines.
- Engage with candidates on various social media platforms to build our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Sophomore/Junior standing preferred).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Marketing, or Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and social media marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
