Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize Boolean search techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify qualified candidates for open technical roles.
  • Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and resume reviews to assess candidate fit and communicate with applicants.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications
