Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates for open technical roles.
- Screening: Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Administrative Support: Coordinate interview schedules, prepare interview packets, and maintain candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to support hiring strategies.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all paperwork and orientation materials are organized.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS software is a plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability: Available to work 15-20 hours per week during summer months.
