Responsibilities

  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strategies, and other job boards to identify and engage potential candidates for technical roles.
  • Screen resumes and applications to ensure candidates meet the specific qualifications and technical requirements of open positions.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Assist in the preparation of candidate evaluation reports and feedback documentation.
  • Support the recruitment team in posting jobs on various platforms and updating career pages.
  • Participate in campus recruitment events and networking activities to build a talent pipeline.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Currently enrolled with availability for a Summer or Fall start date.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to navigate complex information sources efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
