Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for diverse roles, ranging from entry-level to senior technical positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channelsâincluding LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking eventsâto identify top-tier passive candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening calls and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Lead the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the Apex culture.
Qualifications
- For Full-Time: Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- For Internships: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college/university program.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing strategies, and HR best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
