The Opportunity:
We are looking for ambitious college students to join our elite Talent Acquisition team as Summer Interns in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to earn college credit while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of technical recruiting.
In this role, you will work closely with senior recruiters to support our hiring initiatives for top-tier technology firms. You will learn the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from market research and sourcing to candidate screening and interview coordination.

Responsibilities
- Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) and ATS tools to source and identify potential candidates for technical roles.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent that aligns with our client requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify current trends in the tech industry and compensation.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Update candidate pipelines and job boards in a timely manner.
- Assist in onboarding preparation and new hire orientation logistics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Strong interest in a career in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work part-time hours (20-30 hours/week) with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend events.
