Job Overview:
We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn the intricacies of technical hiring. You will play a vital role in our recruitment pipeline, ensuring we find the best talent to drive innovation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, Product Management).
- Utilize various sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Coordinate interview logistics, including calendar management and preparing candidate briefs for hiring managers.
- Manage and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Support the creation of job descriptions and employer branding materials.
- Participate in campus recruitment events and networking mixers.
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Currently enrolled or graduated within the last 12 months.
- Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and the technology industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for problem-solving and understanding technology stacks.
