We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Weekend Technical Recruiter Intern to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is a unique opportunity for college students to gain valuable experience in the high-paced world of technology recruitment while earning college credit. You will work during the weekends to support our full-time recruiting efforts, helping us identify and engage top talent for our client portfolio.
As a Weekend Intern, you will be immersed in the hiring lifecycle, gaining exposure to sourcing strategies, candidate screening, and interview coordination. If you are a student looking to jumpstart your career in Human Resources or Recruitment Operations, this is the perfect role for you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Stack Overflow to build a robust talent pipeline for weekend openings.
- Screen incoming applications and resumes to identify candidates that match our technical requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates and hiring managers on weekends.
- Assist in maintaining and updating our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate data and feedback.
- Perform market research to identify emerging skills and trends within the Seattle tech scene.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, including job posting creation and salary benchmarking research.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or Associate’s degree program (College Credit required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Information Technology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
