Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technical recruitment strategies for AI, quantum computing, and biotech roles using predictive analytics and AI-powered sourcing tools
- Develop next-generation SEO frameworks targeting voice search, semantic search, and emerging platforms for 2026
- Create hyper-personalized candidate journeys using AR/VR recruitment technologies and gamified assessments
- Optimize job descriptions and career content with NLP techniques to resonate with future talent pools
- Analyze talent market trends and competitor landscapes using real-time data visualization tools
- Build employer branding across metaverse platforms and decentralized networks
- Implement blockchain-based verification systems for credentials and skills validation
- Mentor junior recruiters on emerging tech recruitment methodologies and adaptive SEO practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years technical recruiting experience
- Expertise in AI-driven recruitment tools (SeekOut, Eightfold) and advanced SEO platforms (BrightEdge, Conductor)
- Proven success with quantum computing, machine learning, or biotech talent acquisition
- Certification in Technical Recruiting (CTR) and SEO (SEOMoz, HubSpot) with emerging tech specialization
- Proficiency in analyzing talent data using Python, R, or similar analytical frameworks
- Experience with metaverse recruitment platforms and virtual event management
- Demonstrated ability to develop employer branding strategies for Gen Z and Alpha cohorts
- Deep understanding of Web3 technologies, decentralized protocols, and future digital ecosystems
