Responsibilities
- Assist the recruiting team with sourcing potential candidates using various online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Conduct basic SEO research and analyze competitor keywords to support marketing campaigns.
- Update and maintain candidate databases and internal documentation.
- Help draft social media content and engage with potential leads.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to sharpen professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Strong interest in Human Resources, Marketing, or Digital Media.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a minimum of 15-20 hours per week.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for this internship.
