Responsibilities
- Assist with inventory management, stock audits, and data entry using SAP and ERP systems.
- Support the dispatch team with scheduling, tracking, and documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Monitor supply levels to ensure timely reordering and minimize stockouts.
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding shipment status and delivery schedules.
- Organize and maintain accurate records for compliance and auditing purposes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve logistical bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
- Basic understanding of logistics terminology and supply chain processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
