This is a fantastic opportunity for students starting this Summer or Fall to gain hands-on experience in supply chain management and logistics operations.
Our night shift team plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods. As an intern, you will work directly with our shift supervisors to monitor inventory levels, assist in quality control, and support our 24/7 operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Assist in the accurate recording and tracking of inventory movements during the night shift.
- Conduct routine inspections of warehouse equipment and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with shift leads to identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments and manage documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Learn and utilize our Warehouse Management System (WMS) for daily tasks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma program or pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- Available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, physically active environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Baltimore facility.
