Responsibilities
- Monitor Night Shift Operations: Assist in the oversight of daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety protocols and operational efficiency during peak hours.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately process inventory counts, track shipments, and generate daily performance reports for the management team.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse machinery and equipment under supervision to facilitate the flow of goods.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections of incoming and outgoing stock to verify accuracy and condition.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with night shift leads and cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field (rising Junior/Senior or recent grad).
- Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Time Management: Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform physical tasks as required.
