Responsibilities
- Assist with weekend inventory management, stock replenishment, and stockroom organization.
- Support daily opening and closing procedures to ensure facility readiness.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify workflow improvements and efficiency opportunities.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate digital records of inventory and transactions.
- Assist in packaging and preparing outbound shipments during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate's or Bachelor's degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
