Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time logistics data and alert systems for anomalies.
- Assist in processing customer orders and resolving inquiries via phone and email.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital records for night operations.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Generate daily performance reports and identify areas for process improvement.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing communications.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or IT).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
