Responsibilities
- Support nightly inventory reconciliation and warehouse operations
- Analyze supply chain data using Excel and proprietary software systems
- Coordinate cross-functional logistics communications during off-hours
- Assist with process improvement initiatives for nighttime workflows
- Generate daily performance reports and KPI dashboards
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Participate in 24/7 rotation coverage during peak seasons
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program (Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field)
- Availability for consistent night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) during summer/fall terms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel essential)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a low-supervision environment
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Basic familiarity with WMS or inventory systems a plus
