Responsibilities
- Assist in the monitoring and auditing of inventory levels during the night shift to ensure accuracy and prevent stock discrepancies.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update shipment status and track incoming freight.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to identify operational bottlenecks and propose efficiency improvements.
- Perform data entry and maintain organized digital records of daily shift operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in a 24-hour facility.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile inventory reports for regional distribution centers.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team under pressure.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
