Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues for clients using standard support tools and documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Collaborate with day-shift team leads to ensure continuity of service and communicate critical updates.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and training sessions to improve knowledge base.
- Identify and document recurring customer issues to help improve overall service processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program (undergraduate or graduate) with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for customer service and a desire to learn new technologies.
