Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and database maintenance during night operations.
- Assist in keyword research and basic SEO tagging for web content.
- Monitor internal systems and report technical anomalies to the night supervisor.
- Conduct customer support queries via chat and email during peak evening hours.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Maintain a clean and organized digital workspace.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
