Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming data streams and client communications during night hours.
- Assist in the accurate entry and verification of daily operational logs.
- Provide technical support to internal teams via internal chat and email.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks on completed tasks.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless project handovers.
- Update and maintain digital filing systems and databases.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (or recent graduate).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (no early mornings).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a quiet, focused environment.
