Apex Data Systems is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our Night Operations team in Denver, Colorado. What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Monitor system performance and alert pipelines during overnight shifts.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving incoming customer inquiries and technical support tickets.
- Perform data validation and entry to maintain database integrity.
- Conduct nightly security audits and log any anomalies.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to document issues and update status reports.
- Support the operations team with inventory management and logistics tasks.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to discuss progress and blockers.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles and technical support.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
