- Monitor & Analyze: Oversee incoming data streams and nightly reports to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues during peak night-time hours via secure channels.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift supervisors and cross-functional teams to update project statuses.
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks on operational software and hardware to prevent downtime.
- Report Generation: Compile and summarize nightly activity logs for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Students Welcome).
- Availability: Must be available to work 3rd shift (Night Shift) with flexibility for weekends.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
