Our night shift team is the backbone of our customer satisfaction, ensuring that clients receive support and assistance even after hours. As an intern, you will shadow experienced mentors, handle customer inquiries, and learn the ropes of our operational workflows.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Log and track customer tickets and issues in our CRM system accurately.
- Assist the operations team with data entry and report preparation.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high-quality service standards.
- Participate in daily shift briefings and training sessions.
- Support the resolution of escalated customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Junior or Senior status preferred).
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM or 6 PM – 3 AM).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace if working remotely.
